Delivery
All our products are quality controlled by our experts. Your order is under the responsibility and assurance of Nusret Jewellery (Nusret Jewelry) until your order is delivered to you by the cargo company. Your orders are delivered to you in an elegant box.
Products with a planned delivery date on the product page are shipped on the specified date at the latest. Other products are shipped the next day at the latest.
Exchange and Return
You can change or return your orders within 7 days of delivery date. However, products for which personalized (such as ring size), inscribed, special production is requested or required cannot be returned or cancelled. For products that do not have a production defect, the shipping cost of exchange or return belongs to the customer.
Important:
From the returned products, all shipping costs in the process and the insurance fee up to 1% of the product price (1500 TL and above) are deducted from the product price and the return process is provided.
For products purchased with Yurtiçi cargo company, Same Day Delivery Service or Overseas Delivery, only the product price will be refunded by deducting the collected delivery fee from the invoice payment amount.
